What does this mean exactly? Diversity and Inclusion is about valuing, respecting, and recognizing differences, whether it be gender, age, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, abilities, and thought. An ally is a person who is not a member of an underrepresented group, yet stands up to build inclusion and takes action to support diversity. As our world is changing, we all have a unique opportunity to use our voices to make a meaningful impact and enhance our system of belonging. We are working to create more opportunities to celebrate our associate’s differences, experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
