The Bay Club is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, where all associates feel supported and valued. In this month’s Diversity and Inclusion Education Series, we are having conversations about cultural differences. Culture refers to the characteristics and beliefs of a group. It encompasses social habits, language, food, dress, music, art, and more. Culture is a way of life and heavily influences our day-to-day interactions with one another.
This series explores the visible and hidden elements of culture. We’ll also examine stereotypes and other cultural assumptions to enhance cross-cultural awareness and gain a better understanding of our own cultural tendencies and how others perceive them. This allows us to benefit from different perspectives and life experiences as we collaborate to achieve our company goals.

- Coffee Chat Schedule – All associates are invited to join us from September 16, 2021 –September 28, 2021, as Task Force members will be hosting “Coffee Chats” to discuss the topic of Cultural Differences.
