The Bay Club is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, where all associates feel supported and valued. For this month’s Education Series, a training course on Diversity and Inclusion has been made available to all associates via Emtrain, our Learning Management System. This course will explore the benefits of creating a workplace and culture where everyone can be their authentic selves. It also gives learners practical tools and strategies to value and leverage our backgrounds, experiences, and work styles.
Additionally, through our coffee chats, we are having conversations about empowering one another by respecting and appreciating the parts of our identity that make us different.

- Diversity and Inclusion Training – Participation in the Education Series is entirely voluntary; however, all Associates who complete the training course will be entered to win a Bay Club Wine & Cheese Basket! Participants must complete the course by November 1, 2021, to be entered into a drawing! 😊
- Note: Hourly Associates are paid for their participation and should be mindful that this time does not result in overtime. To be paid for the 30-minute course, associates must send a copy of their completion certificate (which can be downloaded upon course completion) to their supervisor.
- Coffee Chat Schedule – All associates are invited to join us from October 21, 2021 –October 28, 2021, as Task Force members will be hosting “Coffee Chats” to discuss the topic of Diversity and Inclusion. We would love for all our associates to use their voices, be part of the discussion, and join us on the journey of learning and growing together.
