Stephanie Gerbasi | Spa Director, Spa Administration at Bay Club Redwood Shores
Stephanie has been a licensed cosmetologist for 11 years and specializes in hair color, cutting, hair extensions, facials, waxing, and nails. Stephanie is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best after a visit in the spa. In addition to her love for cosmetology, she enjoys spending time with her pets, going on scenic walks, and traveling to new places, and spending time outdoors.
East Bay North Campus
Kenneth Aglubat | SVP Revenues, Sales at Bay Club Walnut Creek
Kenneth started his career by working in the hotel industry for 12 years before transitioning over to Equinox as an AGM. He eventually moved to the Bay Area and was ecstatic when the opportunity to work with TBCC came up because he had the ability to unify his experiences in both hospitality and health. Kenneth loves to spend time with his wife by trying new restaurants, playing pickle ball, gardening, rock climbing, and traveling (which they hope to do with their daughter soon!).

Blair Hicks | VP, General Manager at Bay Club Portland
Blair was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and attended college at Colgate University, where he played College Football. He began his hospitality career in New York City before moving to Los Angeles and then Portland. Prior to joining the Bay Club he was the Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants working at both Moda Center and Oregon State. He and his wife Lauren have a son named Malcolm, who is currently obsessed with jets so they have been going to a lot of air museums, air shows and watching Top Gun.
