We are excited to announce the launch of the TBCC Mentorship Program! We will be inviting Managers to apply to participate in the initial round of the  program. Those selected will be partnering with one of our senior leaders to receive customized coaching as well as leadership and business strategy insights to enhance their leadership skills and overall Bay Club business knowledge. This program is set to launch in May 2021.  In the future, we will be opening this program up to all Associates.

 Some benefits of being a participant in the Mentoring program include:

• Guidance on professional and leadership development and advancement
