Do You Know Your Safety Ambassador?

Health and safety have always been a top priority for us at the Bay Club, and it’s important now more than ever. Our in-club Safety Ambassadors are critical to our success with all things safety. They serve as the eyes and ears in our clubs to make sure we’re creating a safe space for our Associates and Members through trainings, walk-throughs, ASAP drills, and more.

These trainings allow our Associates to feel more prepared and confident in the event of an emergency and cover a wide range of topics, from AED checks to CPR to fire safety, and more.

Not sure who the Safety Ambassador(s) is at your club? Check them out below!

And if you haven’t heard already, this month’s Safety Training topic is PPE & Respirator and the ASAP Drill is Cardiac Arrest. If you have any questions related to safety at your clubs, be sure to contact your Safety Ambassador or email HR@bayclubs.com.

Lastly, we want to give a shout out to our Portland team who acted swiftly earlier this month and helped save the life of one of our members who went into cardiac arrest.  The team was prepared and knew how to handle the situation from A to Z.  Please give them some love in the comments below.
