It’s that time of year again! If you have not created your New Year’s Resolutions or Goals yet, it is not too late. Regardless of your goals or resolutions, it is recommended that you make them “SMART” – this will increase the likelihood that you stick with them.

  • Specific – state exactly what you want to accomplish
  • Measurable – use smaller, mini-goals to measure progress
  • Achievable – make your goals reasonable
  • Relevant – set a goal that is relevant to your life
  • Timely – give yourself time, but set a deadline
